How we work

Creation

Each new knit begins with an inspiration. The inspiration comes from a flair for research and experimentation; from the passion that leads us to travel to the fashion capitals; to participate in trade fairs and events; to look through magazines; to design creative and fresh story boards. It comes from over 40 years of experience in the business, which has taught us to rework the past and imagine the future, and from a lively dialogue with customers and suppliers.

Production

When the threads slide off the bobbins to be interwoven with one another, inspiration is transformed into reality. Producing the fabric exactly the way it was conceived is the job of the 30 circular machines. The production technicians and staff know all their secrets, programming them and guiding them with dedication.

The machines fleet is in continuous development and includes mechanical, electronic, and single and double needle bed machines, with fineness from 7 to 40. This allows us to create unusual knit stitches, both plain and patterned, 3D terrys, jacquards, and tubular, double sided, embossed, textured, stretch and perforated knits as well as devorés, fil coupé and sweatshirt fleece.

Nothing is left to chance and everything is done to achieve top quality. From the choice of thread to the rigorous checks in various phases of production, from the careful analysis on the lightbox to the selection of the best partners for dyeing and finishing, all this allows us to create high-quality velours, velvets, fleeces and interlocks.

Customisation

Working with the top Italian and international fashion names demands an equally high level of service. ‘Suppliers’ is not a label we use; we are partners, and we are consultants. Together we outline the shapes that future fashions will assume.

This translates into a capacity to customise both the product and the service.

We transform the requests of those who rely on us into reality, creating fabrics that are precise both from a technical and design point of view. Our reliability in respecting timings and our flexibility in the manner of delivery are the result of the commitment and care we dedicate to our work and are the basis for building long-term relationships.

Eco-sustainability and Certifications

More than a duty, it is a choice. Research for quality and focus on the future also subject to sustainable processes. We only work with the best yarns on the market: recycled, organically-based, biodegradable and from renewable sources. Our collections are created with certified yarns such as Sea Island, Angel Air, Organic Bio Cotton, Supima and Pima.

Their transformation into fabric occurs with minimum environmental impact, avoiding use of substances harmful to the skin and by using energy produced from our own solar panels.

The fabrics in our collection comply with the R.E.A.C.H. standard, the American legislation CPSIA and the Chinese standard GB 18401 2010
